The Splasher(s) are inspired by the anarchist movement of Situationalism. The only way to fight selfish art, the commodification of the individual’s expression, the only way to resist this bourgeois form that dominated contemporary art is to destroy it. One of the targets of the Splasher(s) is political artist Shepard Fairey.
